Très bon service après-vente de Akuaplus
J’ai eu des problèmes avec la peinture mais sitôt la compagnie avisée on m’en a envoyée une nouvelle. J’espère que cette fois ci sera la bonne. J’octroierais un 5 à la compagnie sans hésiter mais je ne peux augmenter ma cote au produit, la nouvelle reçue aujourd’hui n’a pas fait ses preuves. On m’a toutefois bien dit que maintenant la peinture est cuite comme celle d’une bicyclette.

Poor Design. Just waiting for water leakage.
Unlike other much better niches, this one does not have a wide lip that allows you to screw it in place. Then on top of this lip you would add water proofing mud and fabric. Then you would place the thinset and tile on this sealed lip, right to the edge of the protrusion. The way it is designed the only thing that prevents any water leakage is any silicone sealant that is applied when inserting the niche in place. this same silicone sealant is also the only thing that will proved any 'secure' support, forever. Forever is a long time.

Arrived damaged in a undamaged box
Ordered this and shipping was pretty quick but the niche I received had a paint chip on a badly damaged bent corner. Box it came in was in brand new condition and foam packaging was excellent. It was very obviously damaged before shipping. Terrible quality control. immediately returned to the store despite multiple "STOP DO NOT RETURN TO STORE, PLEASE CONTACT US" stickers on the box, as if it's the buyers responsibility to make sure they keep a good rating.
