Better than expected
Delivery was excellent. Well packaged, protected - phoned the day of shipping to confirm address and details. Product better than expected. Heavy brass, with black matte finish. Not a mark on anything. Will not be installed for a month, but I have 100% faith in the product.

good looking bathtub faucet
I bought this faucet in a month for my reno bathroom. Fast delivery, beautiful looking. I like the matte black color matching with the style of my new bathroom. Haven't install it yet, but the plumber seems happy with the quality of it.

Good Looks with a small glitch
I was looking for a Black matte Tub faucet and found this over a month ago. I received this in relatively good time inspite of the holiday rush. My contractor just completed the installation. Aesthetically it looks good and goes very well with my reno plans. However, my only complaint would be that the shower hose holder doesn't have a pivot option. If you have used the shower and has to place it back in the current holder. There is a continuous drip and you are left with a pool of water on the floor. If the manufacturer had made one small adjustment and added a pivot to the holder you could position the shower head to drip into the tub instead of the mess. I hope this glitch can be rectified
