Ordered and returned twice
This could have been the perfect range hood for my new home, but twice I ordered it online and both times it arrived dented and scratched. I'm sure it would have worked well, but I'm not willing to take the chance on ordering a third one and finding it dented and scratched as well. This has set back completion of my kitchen by over a month!
