I have had this product on my furnace for over 25 years and I am very satisfied. But now it is becoming very fragile: the plastic squeleton that supports the rotating foam is broken in several places; I keep soldering the breaks; can I replace it?

Mauvaise qualité
L'ensemble valve et flotteur était défectueuse et j'ai dû le remplacer à la première utilisation. Une fuite continue provenait de la valve. Après des démarches par téléphone et par courriel, une nouvelle valve m'a été transmise. J'ai donc passé beaucoup de temps à essayer de faire fonctionner cet humidificateur en plastique fragile et de qualité médiocre. Prenez un modèle de qualité supérieure car je regrette mon achat et je crains sur sa durabilité à moyen et long termes.
