Assembles easily
Purchased to make a doll display rack for my wife's porcelain dolls. Goes together easily, is very stable once assembled and it is lightweight. My only issue was in painting it white I had to sand quite a bit of the surface to get a smooth finish.
I will definitely purchase again if I need more storage.

utility shelves
These are definitely utility shelves. They are crudely finished and it is a bit of a juggling act to fit the top half on the bottom half. In the end I bought a few cheap joining plates just to reinforce the connection. Having said that, they were perfect for our purpose (basement storage) and I would buy again.

J’ai achete deux etageres pour faire du rangement. Bonnes dimensions mais pas tres solides. J’ai du ajouter des équerres et des montants en bois pour les solidifier car je craignais un effondrement en y rangeant du materiel.

Bad quality overall
The wood needs sanding, as it chips from everywhere. The dowels don't align so the top and bottom half can't connect. Im disappointed.

Great shelves
I bought a couple a year or two ago and love them. Buying more this weekend.
I like that you can customize them as much as you can. You don’t have to have them full height. You can do half the height and two wide as well.
I basically doing a whole wall in these.
They aren’t totally finishered so that’s on you. You can leave them bare or finish them as you desire. If you’re looking for a totally finished product, this one isn’t for you. If you’re a handy DIYer that wants to be a able to customize it, this is the one you want.

Un bon produit de depart
Je possede cette étagère depuis 19 ans. Un peu de sablage, une couche de teinture et c’est tout. Suffisamment solide comme bibliothèque. Il faut fixer le haut au mur comme protection. C’était un meuble de salon pas cher pour débuter en appartement. Aujourd’hui, il est utilisé dans mon cabanon. Moins cher que les kits en métal.
