Blew up on the first try.
Hooked it up and turned on the water- the whole spray section blew off...there was nothing holding it onto the rest of the nozzle. It was so ridiculous as to be funny briefly,
but not really.......Come on!!!

Brisé après un premier été, j'ai demandé Gilmour de me le remplacer sous la garantie, je l'ai reçu après de nombreuses semaines, et il a brisé dans la première semaine. Bref c'est de la scrap même neuf.

Durable & the company stands behind their products
I bought one of these expecting it to last 3 months like others in the market. It broke after about a year, but I remembered it had a lifetime warranty. I submitted a warranty claim and had a new one within a few weeks. Nice to see a company stand behind their products and honor the warranty without any hassle. Earned my future business for all Gilmour products.

not happy!
Bought this one last year. the first one was leaking from the trigger right out of box. We thought we were unlucky and got the lemon. returned and bought the same one. It was doing ok for that summer but when I pulled it out from the basement and tried to water my lawn this year, Boo! Leaked from the trigger again!
