Misleading, not useful for exterior work
Bought a panel of this to make a garage person door. ACX rating should be exterior rated. Cost, like everything else these days is ridiculous, Pre covid similar sheets were around $20. Like others comments the veneer is paper thin and brittle (easily damage). Was carefully not to sand through. When I applied primer and paint (water based) the veneers bubbled and delaminated. Terrible product that does not comply with the ACX rating.

I can't see what this would be good for
I bought some 1/4" and 3/8" to make some utility boxes. I bought this stuff because I couldn't find G1S fir in the store, and it was really smooth which I wanted. As others have commented, the surface layer is literally paper thin, so the glue seems through giving an odd finish. So it's not really useful for anything where you want a clear or stained finish. I painted the boxes, which caused some delamination. It took glue and staples reasonably well, but sometimes the wood just shattered when the staple hit. So, if you're looking for a utility wood, get fir instead. If you want something for cabinetry, this won't do it. Not really useful for anything that I can see.

Délamination garantie
J'ai acheté pour un projet extérieur (des toits pour maisons à oiseaux) et dans l'espace d'un été ce contre-plaqué s'est délaminé. Vraiment un mauvais achat. Mon projet est à refaire et je suis pas mal déçu.

Disappointing surface
I bought this a couple of weeks ago. The surface is paper thin so when I tried a light sanding to remove surface mottling that looks like glue left on the surface, it immediately wore through and revealed dark wood underneath. Really not worth buying.
