Description
Restorer is water-based acrylic coating (coal tar free). Used to prevent cracks and deterioration caused by wear, freezing, oil and gas spills, salt and rain. Easy to apply. No unpleasant odor.

Ecological Attributes
This product has a low content in volatile organic compounds (VOC), as per SCAQMD's stringent standards (the most severe California standard regarding the release of pollutants in the air), which reduces impacts on human health. This sealant does not contain coal tar which helps reduce the impacts on ecosystem quality related to environmental emissions of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).

I bought this product a few days ago. The color is a deep rich black and is really nice…
That’s the only positive I have to say about the product.
If you have cracked areas, even the slightest ones, it won’t fill them at all.
If the surface was already treated previously and started pealing, even if you revive all what you can, then fill the cracks with another product from resisto product line, when you apply this product over the repaired areas, they don’t blend at all. Patches always remain visible through the finish.
It’s like taking a gallon of black latex paint and pouring it on the pavement.
I won’t buy again and I wouldn’t recommend unless you apply it to a brand new parking…
It’s cheap and you get what you pay for… or not.

I bought this product a few weeks ago and my handyman said it went on my driveway easily and it now looks great. I was very happy with the speedy delivery time as well.

Le plus beau fini
J’ai acheté ce produit l’an passé, et j’ai été très satisfait du résultats par contre avec mon entrée poreuse j’ai pris le double de quantité. Mais vraiment plus beau que les enduit pétroliers, pas de reflet d’huile et d’odeur nocive.

I really like the finish of this stuff.
I looked at a lot of driveways and this was the best one I saw. (Flat -Black)
No problems with it lasting so far.
