100% failure rate after 2 years...
We got these when we built the house. Literally within 4 months these started failing. It's been two years now and we've had to replace pretty much every single one - we probably have 50 pot lights in the house - total waste of money. Horribe quality. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand.
