Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with the experience of purchasing lumber from your store for delivery. First of all, the delivery was promised by 4:00 pm on the Friday, three days after I placed my order, but did not arrive until after 5:00 pm. (even though your website offers express delivery; this wasn't available when I asked) When we went to use the lumber, we noticed that the wood was not of good quality - a number of the boards were split or otherwise damaged.

Prompt delivery, superior product.
Order arrived as expected. All deck boards were of high quality. There’s always a little stress involved in not seeing your lumber. These weren’t scraps but straight beautiful boards.

Worst pile a wood I have ever received.
I purchased this a little over a week ago. I've gone through whatever was barely usable and I had to stop. Horribly warped wood, cracks, huge chips out, rough, discoloured planks. I purchased this because I was willing to pay the $70 delivery charge to buy 14' lumber that wouldn't fit in my van. I would have been better off picking 10 and 8 footers myself instead of this delivered garbage. I knew it was a risk. You hear the stories of Rona delivery picking the worst wood left behind to deliver to you because they know it is too much of a hassle for you to return. I've been on the phone with customer care for the last 3 days and I still don't have a pickup and exchange for the last pieces I just refuse to use on my deck.
