Perfect wood, perfect length, perfectly straight.
The wood delivered to me was as straight as a ruler. The 16 foot length was the perfect size. I was really satisfied with the product.

Sappy, twisted cracked horrible.
It’s like if you order in like they send you the worst of the pile. My wood that got delivered was making sap even a couple days later it was very twisted so much we had to go buy more from a lumber yard as it wouldn’t straighten enough to go into the pergola frame. The manager was going to bring other stuff out and return the other instead of refund but it was too late we had workers here and were paying their time for work so we just paid them to go get more wood firm another place.

The woods which I ordered was mostly twisted! It was 16 feet and I couldn’t install most of them.
Seller should check the lumbers before shipments but the didn’t.

I thought when i placed my order that I was getting lumber, but turns out I was getting pretzels disguised as wood. I didn’t have a straight piece of wood in my order.

Opportunity to give you their garbage wood
I bought a bunch of various sizes of wood and paid to have it delivered to me, unfortunately it was all cracked, warped and totally twisted. (I will avoid ordering from this rona in the future)
