Unreliable appliances
I purchased a suite of Samsung appliances when I built my house 6 years ago. At the time, I was confident of the quality of the appliances as I had very good experiences with their TV's. Sadly, both of my refrigerator ice machines have been very problematic; the dishwasher failed at 5 years and now the electric wall oven has failed. I buy bags of ice to compensate for the ice machine failures; a Bosch dishwasher to replace the junk dishwasher; and depending on the cost to repair (assuming it can be repaired) I will replace the junk oven with a reputable brand. Sadly, this lousy experience has turned me off on Samsung brands including TV's. Just waiting for the Samsung stove, microwave and refrigerator (minus the ice machines) to fail.

Very disappointing - won’t buy another Samsung
Looks like it should be an amazing oven. Almost immediately noticed that the temperature was very inconsistent and uneven, no matter what mode we used. After about 6 months the water reservoir started acting up - ok fine we can handle the oven without that. And now after just under two years it’s throwing error codes for the fan and won’t even really turn on for more than 10 seconds without erroring out. Tried resetting and the error code is basically at “you need service” time and honestly I don’t have time for that. So I bought a new oven and I’m getting rid of this one (and getting rid of my Samsung fridge at the same time because it’s got the perpetual ice maker issues).

Love the way the oven works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 20 year old oven that died when water got into the electronic panel. I am glad that happened because the Samsung is such an upgrade. The view through the glass door is amazingly clear. The bottom shelf slides out so easy. The temperature probe is great and the steam feature has worked I provides a great addition. I like the wifi feature to monitor the cooking process. The only thing that needs improvement is the alarm which is way to silent unless you are very close to the oven

Fantastic for baking needs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this wall oven after little search on internet and it didn't disappointed me. Touch screen panel and setup is very easy to operate. Bakes really well and easy to clean bottom. Little heavy for initial installation and water reservoir is great help. Works well with smart thing for temp. set and monitoring using smart controls.

Pretty...pretty broken.
Oven just over a year old. Broiler element turns on while baking. Overheats. Burns top of food. Overpriced shiney box, nothing more. Will never purchase Samsung appliances again. Never had an appliance of any kind break so quickly and with such little use.
