Framing lumber made of kiln dried SPF (Spruce, pine, fir) Select Grade. Dressed on four sides. Wood stud is coming from certified forests for sustainable forest management.

Worst lumber I have ever bought.
I usually have found this lumber of decent enough quality to even use it for some finer woodworking projects. my last purchase was hands down the worst lumber i have ever purchased. Some areas were even rotten. And sopping wet. I assumed that fraiming lumber is kiln dried. This stuff was 32% on my moisture meter is some spots and 15 in others which is still not ideal. I will have to think really hard before buyng this again for anything other than framing, which, to be fair, IS it`s intended purpose.

J'ai acheté ce bois le mois passé et ce produit est vendu comme du select et c'est très loin de la qualité du sélect que l'on peut retrouver ailleur.

You call it select grade online but when I received it, it's stamped with #2, includes all sorts of cracks, knots, twists and bows. Next time I want select structural grade, I will go somewhere that doesn't lie about it.
