Description
This Metabo HPT 36 V table saw produces 5000 RPM to power through even the toughest ripping applications. This cordless table saw features brushless motor technology for more runtime, increased power and impressive durability. The soft-start function reduces noise and recoil at startups. The electric brake halts the rotation of the blade within seconds for added safety. This table saw has a bevel range of 0 to 45° for cuts ranging from 3 1/8 in. (at 0°) to 2 1/4 in. (at 45°). The convenient AC/DC adapter means the tool can be powered by a MultiVolt battery or MultiVolt AC adapter (both sold separately). The batteries use 21700 cells, delivering 1440WT of power, similar to the 120V-15 AM corded power tool allowing for greater power and approximately 46% more capacity. The battery delivers 4Ah of runtime in the 36 V platform. The 2 1/2 in. dust port connects to a shop vacuum or dust collection system. Backed by a 2-year warranty.

Plenty of power and the convenience of no cord.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw for the convenience of being cordless. Most of us in the trade know how you have a constant battle of cords in the way, working up high and carrying saw and extension cord just to make a simple cut. It's power and weight are both very impressive. Nothing slows this thing down.

Great saw
I was hesitant to buy a cordless circular saw. I've always used corded saws because I believe in power for a power tools. But after almost a year of use, I could not be happier with my purchase. I absolutely love this saw and wish I would have gotten it sooner. The 36 volt battery has plenty of power and the saw is super light and easy to use. Cuts great and is also very durable. Can't say enough good things about it. GO GET YOURSELF ONE!! You won't be sorry.

Best cordless saw I’ve used by far
This saw exemplifies contractor grade circular saws. It’s lightweight and very strong. The battery lasts forever and charges very rapidly. The cuts are perfect with the adjustable guide if needed. I’ve used Milwaukee and Makita. Both are heavy and fatiguing.
This is the best tool I have.

The BEST Cordless Saw Ever!
I bought this saw a year ago to build my home. I've done everything you can think of with it - framing, trim work, you name it - and have NOT been disappointed. The YouTube video reviews claimed it had power and baby it does. I quit getting out my regular 7.25 inch saw and use this one for everything you can think of. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent saw. Light with great power
I bought this on sale about three months ago. I’ve built several sections of fence and gates, as well as remodeled an indoor pantry and garden flower boxes. This saw never lacks for power and versatility all while being light enough to use all day.
