Description
This Kobalt lawn mower is equipped with a dual battery port with auto switch over that pulls power from a second battery once the first is depleted to eliminate downtime. It is self-propelled via rear-wheel drive, with variable speed control and has easy-fold aluminum handles for convenient vertical storage. The lawn mower also features auto-sensing technology that automatically adjusts the motor performance for greater power or runtime based on changing grass conditions from area to area. It has a 21-inch deck width, LED headlights, a brushless motor, as well as an on-board indicator for remaining battery charge. 6.0 Ah battery and charger included.

Excellent Mower
Excellent mower. I have a large lot and I usually have no problem cutting the full lawn on a single charge. Cold weather and long grass will usually require that I need to recharge to finish the lawn but that's a rare event. To help extend the charge, I only use the self propel going uphill. The "Cruise Control" feature is quite handy allowing me to put turn the self propel on and off with a single tap to the self propel control rather than holding it on. When the charge is low, self propel may not work or may disengage on its own. When I'm finished, I always leave the lawn mower on to fully drain the battery before recharging.

Just awesome
This mower is absolutely awesome. No difference from my previous gas mower. Mowed the lawn which was pretty high and didn't feel the motor loose any power. HIGHLY recommend

warranty
The box has 5 yrs tool limited warranty and 3 yrs for battery. The manual which came with the unit says 5 yrs limited warranty but warranty excludes replacement blades and grass bag. Verbal clarification with the warranty department is "warranty on parts 90 days only , NOT 5 yrs. 3 yrs on battery /charger only and only 5 yrs for the motor if motor STOPS functioning. "

Clean and easy to use.
First cordless mower and an thrilled with its performance. Much better than having a gas mower around. Battery life is great and doesn't take long to charge. Price was awesome, $400 off; couldn't pass it up.
