The water-resistant foam sealant prevents moisture absorbency, reducing the growth of mould and mildew. It withstands temperatures ranging from 30 degrees F to 120 degrees F to offer year-round protection. It cures quickly, making the sealant less permeable and more resistant to freezing. The sealant is tack-free to prevent it from gathering debris and to avoid discolouration. This expanding foam sealant is backed with a limited lifetime warranty for added confidence.
