Cette tondeuse est un appareil électrique est elle n'est pas alimentée par batterie. Il faut utiliser une rallonge pour faire fonctionner la tondeuse.

I used this lawn mower last August & Sept - then put it away in my shed for the winter. Pulled it out today and went 5 feet and died. Cord is good to mower. I need help.

It sounds like you will need to contact us directly as some further information would be required to better assist. Please allow our team to gather some further details so that we can help find a resolution for you. We kindly ask that you give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask is that you have access to the unit, battery, and charger so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather the necessary unit information. In the meantime, we ask that you clean out the underdeck of the mower and ensure that the grass bag is empty. Any build-up of debris could affect the performance of the unit and prevent proper power. Do not spray water under the deck of the mower. For caked-on grass, use a scraper to get rid of the grass, and then you can use a damp cloth to wipe off loose pieces. Finish by wiping with a dry cloth. We also suggest removing the blade and fan to clear out any debris around the motor shaft. Hope this helps!

what kind of extension cord do i need to get for this?
Hello petrinab - This unit can use the following extension gauge and length, at 25’ cord, use 18AWG, at 50’ cord, use16AWG, at 100’cord, use 14AWG. Use only a CSA or equivalent agency listed extension cord that is approved for outdoor use.

Defective starter system
Very unpleased with this product... it's not easy to start and it takes multiple try before it starts! It even stops during mowing:(
I would return it but since I didn't keep the box! So my bad... and Rona doesn't take returns without the "original" box!!!!

Lightweight for a lightweight!
I am impressed w the ease of set up and user friendliness for this 120 lb woman!! I actually enjoy mowing my little yard.
The unit arrived promptly and was easy to understand and set up.
I have told many folks about my experience and look forward to the ease of maintaining my yard and easy maintenance of the unit itself — no winterization concerns like a carburetor gas engine requires!
