This large kettle from Hamilton Beach(R) has been designed to satisfy every need. It boils water quickly and evenly so you can prepare tea rapidly. The heating element is concealed for more safety. It allows you to infuse loose tea or teabags. You no longer need to ask yourself if the water kettle is turned off, thanks to the automatic shut-off function, the boil-dry protection and the on/off indicator light. The kettle comes with a circular cordless base equipped with a cord wrap for a simple and easy storage solution. The product is backed by a 5-year warranty.

Very well made
I have found that this is very sturdy and very well made. simple design and easy to use. I like the auto shutoff, i dislike the Led lights and i wish there was a was not to have them on. I can deal with that, as its minor really. I am struggling with the smell of the boiled water as it is very strong ION smell and ruins any tea or hot water made.

Great for college dorm.

Boiling water for my tea takes no time at all, in fact my family uses the tea kettle for oatmeal in the morning and hot cocoa in the evening. Very safe for children of all ages. would definitely recommend for families.
