After all these negative reviews why wouldn't at least post instructions on how it works
After all the negative reviews why wouldn't you at least post how the thing works. I can't figure out how to even load the blade. Twenty mile round trip to get this thing. Going into the trash. No instructions-why? especially after package said there would be instructions at this site.

Poor design, plastic clasp broken out of the box.
The clasp to keep the top compartment closed is plastic where the design is based on flexing the clasp. Mine was literally broken already before I used it! Do not buy.

A disappointment
I was excited to be buying a Craftsman tool, even if it was only a utilty knife. But no knife. Mine didn't have a blade. It took me a bit to figure out how to close it too, but I guess that didn't matter if I couldn't cut with it. My Manager hooked me up with a blade. Buyer beware.

Disappointing Product
I just bought the CMHT10930 folding knife and I can't get it fold. After reading the reviews, I see that I am not the only. Bought this utility solely on the brand Craftsman and it has not lived up to the expectations of the brand.

Wow! No Directions on Package or User Manual
I purchased this due to Craftsman excellent reputation. Cannot figure out how to fold it or even use it. SO DISAPPOINTING. If Craftsman doesn’t want to take the time to provide directions could you at least post a link to a YouTube video or something ? This is crazy!!!!
