In addition, the dryer is equipped with the SmartDiagnosis system, which can contact LG customer service from your mobile phone when a technical problem is detected, allowing you to enjoy a reliable device with complete peace of mind. This dryer comes with a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor. It is highly recommended to use a 4" (10.2 cm) diameter rigid aluminum or galvanized steel duct with this product.

NO DRUM LIGHT?!?!?!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer does NOT have an Interior Light and the Interior is Dark!! I cannot even believe this! Other than that the dryer is "Okay". Not great, but Okay.

disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the DLG7100 dryer based on a Consumer Reports review. It lasted 3 years before the motor had to be replaced. The irony is that I line dry as much laundry as possible. Of course, it was out of warranty.

Wish it would have lasted longer.

Too smart for its own good!
Flow sensor keeps turning my dryer off. After cleaning the entire exhaust system we didn’t find any blockage. Reconnect dryer and it still says dryer has a blockage and turns off. Flow sensor defect
