Pick-up
in store
Timeframe
- Most orders placed by 2pm will be ready for pick up the same day. After 2pm, most orders will be ready by the following morning.
- The estimated timeframe for pick up will be stated on the individual product pages and in the shopping cart online.
How to Request
- Select the in-store pick-up service in the cart before checkout.
- Ensure before checking out that you have the correct store selected as your pick-up location
Email Communication
- Confirmation Email: After completing your online order, you will receive a “We have received your order“ confirmation email containing pertinent details about your order items.
- You will receive an “Your Order is Ready for Pick-up" email once the store has processed your order, confirming that your order is ready for pickup.
Ways to Pick Up Your Order
- In-Store Pick-up:
- Locate the designated Pick-Up Zone within the store (usually the Customer Service Desk).
- Locker Pick-up:
- If you receive an “Your order is ready to be picked up in a pickup locker” email, notifying you that your order is in a locker. Follow the instructions provided in the email to retrieve your items.
- Curbside Pick-up:
- If you want a Curbside pick-up, open the “Your Order is Ready for Pick-up" email and click the “I’m here!” button.
- Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots.
- Enter your parking spot number and press confirm.
- An associate will bring your order to your vehicle including if your order was placed in a locker.
Required Documents
- When picking up your order, bring:
- A photo ID (for verification).
- A copy of the confirmation email with the order number.
Orders Awaiting Pickup
- We will hold your order for 7 days (or 2 days for live plant orders) for pick up at your selected store after you receive the email notification that the order is ready for pickup.
- If you don’t pick up your order within the specified timeframe, the store reserves the right to cancel it, and you’ll be refunded.
Pick-Up Scheduler (optional)
- You can schedule your pickup by following a link in the “Your Order is Ready for Pick-up" email.
- The store will then bring your order out from the temporary storage location in anticipation of your arrival and reduce your waiting time when you come to pick up.
- We recommend using this feature for large orders to let the store know in advance when you are coming to pick up.

Standard
delivery
Timeframe
- Most standard delivery orders are shipped out by the next business day.
- We partner with top-tier freight carriers to ensure your product is delivered to you as quickly as possible, based on your location and the shipping origin.
How to Request
- Select standard delivery for your items in the cart before checkout.
- The option appears if the item is eligible for standard delivery.
Eligibility
- Most products are eligible for standard delivery unless they are too large or have other limitations for delivery with FedEx or Purolator.

Cost
- Standard delivery included on all online purchases totaling $49 or more.
- For orders under $49, the cost will be displayed in the cart.
Email Communication
- Confirmation Email: Upon completing your online order, you will receive a “We have received your order” confirmation email containing pertinent details about your order's status.
- Tracking Information: Once the order has been prepared and ready for carrier pickup, an “Your order is on its way!” email will be sent with a tracking number from the designated carrier, enabling you to monitor your order's progress online.
Express
delivery
Timeframe
- Order before 1:00 p.m. on weekdays or before 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays to receive same-day delivery. Not available on Sundays or provincial and federal holidays.
- Orders placed after those times will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
How to Request
- Select express delivery service in your cart before checkout.
- The option appears if the service is available.
Eligibility
- Items eligible for express delivery will display on the individual product pages and in the shopping cart online.
- Service availability may vary due to factors like in-store traffic or weather conditions.
Delivery Area and Address
- Delivery will be made to your job site, outside area, or first covered area outside of your delivery address, within the limitations of the courier.
- If the courier can’t reach the customer, the order is left in a safe place.
- If no suitable spot is found, the order may be returned to the store.
- The delivery address must be within the delivery area of the fulfilling participating store. Click here for list of participating stores.

Cost
- For small/lightweight items, express delivery costs $9.97.
- For larger/heavier items, the cost is $70.

Cost
- The total price for Online Only products includes the delivery fee without any other charges.

When you purchase online, it is possible to pick-up in store. The person picking up the order in the store must be 16 years old or older. You, or the authorized person, must bring a copy of the confirmation email as well as a piece of government-issued photo ID to verify the identity.

Gift card home delivery

Gift card delivery varies by destination. Gift cards are delivered 2 to 5 days following the confirmation of your order in major urban areas and within 7 business days for remote locations. However, orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Gift cards that are part of orders delivered by truck or picked up in store will be delivered by the same means and will not be submitted by mail.
