J’ai acheté ce ventilateur LE 17 mai en ligne sur le site de RONA parce qu’il n’y en avait pas dans les magasins. À ma grande surprise j’ai constaté que c’était une boîte ouverte et certains indices démontraient qu’il avait probablement été installé….je pense qu’on m’a livré un retour !

Heureusement…le ventilateur fonctionne bien !
J’ai bien sûr communiqué avec le service à la clientèle pour leur faire part de la situation et de mon indignation d’avoir payé pour un produit neuf qui ne l’était pas !!!
Après plusieurs échanges avec eux qui furent fort malaisants j’ai obtenu de peine et de misère un petit 15% de rabais mais ce qui est encore plus frustrant c’est le manque d’écoute et d’empathie
Ils ne sont que dans la « procédurite »….ce serait des messages enregistrés et ce serait pareil !
Quoi qu’il en soit…je suis contente de l’avoir fait installer malgré tout car il fonctionne très bien mais….c’est terminé pour moi les commendes en ligne chez Rona….
Si je prends tout ce temps pour ces commentaires c’est que je trouve ça inacceptable pour une bannière qui se veut respectable et responsable ….
En espérant que vous prendrez le temps de me lire comme j’ai pris le temps de vous écrire!!!

A arrêté de fonctionner après 2 ans
Installé il y a exactement 2 ans. Utilisé rarement, fan seulement les nuits chaude d'été, ce ventilateur a arrêté de fonctionner. En l'ouvrant pour voir la cause, nous avons découvert que le 'Mother Board' a brulé. Très décevant, ne recommanderait certainement pas.
