Description
Install a bathroom or powder room virtually anywhere you would like. Macerating Pump Only. For use with bathtub, shower, hand basin and rear outlet toilet. Pumps up to 15 feet vertically or along up to 150 feet horizontally. Discharge pipe size is either ¾ or 1 no larger either made of PVC/CPVC or copper (pipe supplied by others). 120 volt, 4.5 amps. 2-year limited warranty from date of purchase.
- The Saniplus discharges the waste through a 0.75-inch or 1-inch rigid pipe
- A non-return valve is included on the discharge elbow assembly provided with the system
- Elbow can be rotated 360 degrees depending on the discharge installation
- Has been designed with a 1-1?2-inch vent connection on the top of the lid
- Please note that the vent system should be a two-way air vent as air needs to freely flow both ways
- Discharges gray water from any sink, bath/shower or urinal
- The wastewater will drain into the system via two 2-inch inlets with built-in check valves on either side of the housing
- Note that when adding a bathtub/shower, the base should be raised up by a minimum of 6-inches off the floor

Installation behind a wall not recommended
I have had a Saniflo for more than 20 years. Contrarily to what is advertized by the manufacturer, I would NOT install the macerator pump assembly behind a wall because you cannot do maintenance without opening the wall. I had to change the pump two times (total of three: the original plus two more) since I installed it.
Furthermore, the Saniflo is made to process human waste only, anything else can clog the pump.
